Itinerary

Meeting Point & Duration

🕒 Duration: 3 hours

🚇 Meeting Point: Qianmen Subway Station (Exit I)

Stop 1 - Qianmen 前门

Start your Beijing food tour at Qianmen, once the southern gate of the Inner City. Enjoy the lively evening streets surrounded by traditional shops and historic architecture.

Qianmen Gate in Beijing decorated with red lanterns, with visitors walking beneath the historic city tower on a lively evening.
Two women walking past traditional-style storefronts with red awnings in Qianmen, blending historic architecture with modern boutiques.
A warmly lit Beijing hutong at night, featuring traditional grey-brick architecture and small local shops glowing under soft lights.
A musician playing accordion inside a leafy Beijing hutong courtyard, surrounded by plants and traditional courtyard walls.

Stop 2 -Beijing Hutong

We’ll wander through Beijing’s old hutongs at night, when the city softens and the narrow lanes begin to breathe in their own rhythm.

One special stop is Yangmeizhu Xiejie, a beautifully preserved hutong where tradition meets creativity. Here, tucked inside courtyard storefronts, you’ll find some of the most authentic Beijing cultural boutiques — handcrafted pieces, independent studios, and small creative spaces that feel genuinely rooted in the city’s soul.

Stop 3 - Dashilar  大栅栏

Step into one of Beijing’s oldest commercial districts. Wander through narrow alleyways filled with local snacks, century-old shops, and unique hutong charm.
