Booking & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all experiences, tours, activities and packages booked through our website, including products with and without accommodation.
By confirming a booking, you agree to the following terms.
1. General Booking Rules

All bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.

Full payment or a deposit (for products with accommodation) is required to secure your reservation.

Booking confirmations and important updates will be sent to the contact details you provide at checkout. Please ensure your email and phone number are accurate and active.
2. Products Without Accommodation
This category includes half-day and day tours, workshops, activities, and other services that do not include an overnight stay.
2.1 Booking

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
-
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
2.2 Cancellation & Refund
-
24 hours or more before start time
→ You are entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid. -
Within 24 hours of start time
→ You are entitled to an 80% refund of the amount paid.
→ The remaining 20% is retained as a late cancellation fee to cover preparation and operational costs.
“24 hours” is calculated based on the local time of the experience start location.
3. Products With Accommodation Included
This category includes overnight stays, multi-day tours, and any package that includes hotel, lodge, homestay or similar accommodation.
3.1 Booking & Deposit

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start date.
-
A 20% deposit (of the total booking value) is required to confirm your reservation.
-
The remaining 80% can be paid according to the payment terms shown at checkout (for example, on arrival or before departure), unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Cancellation & Refund
Because accommodation and related services are reserved in advance, a simple and clear rule applies:
The 20% deposit is always non-refundable.
If you have paid more than the 20% deposit (for example, full prepayment):

In case of cancellation at any time, we will
→ keep 20% of the total booking value, and
→ refund all remaining payments you have made.
In other words:
-
If you only paid the 20% deposit → no refund (deposit is kept).

If you paid 100% in advance → we refund 80% and keep 20%.
This applies regardless of when you cancel.
4. Changes & Rescheduling
We understand that plans may change. If you need to change the date or time of your booking:

Please contact us as early as possible.

Date changes are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation plus a new booking if very close to the start time.

For products with accommodation, changes may also depend on hotel or local partner policies.
We will always try to assist and offer a practical solution wherever possible.
5. No-Show & Late Arrival

If you do not show up at the agreed meeting point and time without prior notice, this is considered a no-show.

In case of no-show, no refund will normally be provided, as arrangements and costs have already been incurred.

If you expect to be late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that the service can be extended or rescheduled on the same day.
6. Force Majeure / Safety-Related Cancellations
In rare cases, we may need to cancel or modify a service due to reasons beyond our control, such as:

Extreme weather

Natural disasters
-
Government restrictions
-
Safety concerns or other force majeure events
In such cases, we will:

Offer rescheduling to another available date, or
-
Provide a refund or credit in line with the situation and local regulations.
Your safety and that of our team and partners always comes first.
7. Refund Method & Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed via the same payment method used for the original booking.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Any transaction or currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside of our control.
