🎁 Daily “Mystery Filling” Surprise
Each day features different baozi fillings, like a Chinese food blind box. Guests won’t know exactly what they’ll make until they arrive, which makes the experience more fun and memorable.

👩‍🍳 Hands-on from Dough to Steaming Basket
Guests will learn about the dough, fillings, wrapping techniques, and steaming process, then make their own baozi by hand.

🥬 Creative Filling Mix & Match
Each guest makes 9 baozi and can freely combine fillings. They can also add fresh vegetables for their own creative version.

🍵 Tea Break & Local Chat
While the baozi are steaming, guests can relax with tea, chat with the host, and learn more about Beijing food culture.

🔥 Eat Fresh from the Steamer
The best part: open the bamboo steamer, taste 1–2 freshly steamed baozi on site, and take the rest away.
